All About Dogs is...

Deanna is the creator of All About Dogs.  She is certified in Pet First Aid.  She has 2 dogs and 2 cats.  Deanna says, " I want all my clients to know that when they leave their dogs with us, they will be well taken care of.  I treat every dog like it was my own and promise to provide them with the highest quality of care.  I also want all my clients to know that I developed All About Dogs because I know how difficult it is for me to feel comfortable leaving my dogs in a "traditional kennel", I'd never be able to do it and I'd never go on any vacations, but  I am very comfortable leaving them at All About Dogs!  I know that my caring, compassionate staff will take excellent care of them."

Tim is our Operations Manager.  He is certified in Pet First Aid.  He has been a team member since December 2006.  Tim has also taken on the role of All About Dog's Wellness Trainer.  He specializes in dogs with multiple behavior issues.  Please feel free to call or e-mail him about any questions or more information.  Tim says, "I want every dog to leave here happier than when they checked in!  I will do whatever it takes to make your dog happy!"

Skiy is our Assistant Manager.  You can find Skiy working in any where in the facility.  She is one of our most flexible team members.  She is certified in Pet First Aid and has been a team member since we opened.  Skiy has 3 dogs and a bunch of cats.  Skiy says, "I enjoy working at All About Dogs very much, because of our wonderful clients both human and canine alike.  My favorite part of my job is ensuring that every customer that walks out of our building is satisfied and their dog is satisfied too.  I love dogs and I love working with them!"

Holly is our professional groomer.  She learned to groom on the show circuit.  She raised and  showed Standard Poodles for 10 years, American Staffordshire Terriers for 15 years.  She used to own the #1 Grooming Shop in Pekin, IL for 8 years.  She has 1 Bengal Cat named Raven and a GSD puppy named Gryphon.  He is named Raven, not because he is black, but because he is a thief and likes to steal and play with shiney things.  Holly is certified in Pet First Aid.

Kathy is a kennel tech and daycare assistant.  She usually works second shift or weekends.  Kathy joined our team in August of 2008.  She is certified in Pet First Aid.  She has an 11 year old dog named Cinnamon and a 7 year old cat, Cosmo.  Kathy wants our clients to know that she is "very fun, happy and has a great heart!  I will always put my clients' dog before me and make sure no dog goes home unhappy."

Michelle joined our team in May 2007.  She is an afternoon daycare assistant.  She is certified in Pet First Aid.  Michelle has 2 dogs, 4 cats and 2 birds.  Michelle wants our clients to know:  "I always enjoy seeing the regular and new faces in daycare.  My goal is to ensure that ll of our dogs have a safe and, of course, fun day at All About Dogs!"

Brittany is a daycare assistant, kennel tech and bather.  She joined our team in February 2009.  She has 4 dogs and 5 cats.  Brittany says, "I absolutely love animals of any type!  I love to work for them and give them all the love I can!!  The biggest thing that warms my heart is knowing that I can make their day better with lots of love!"

Marie  originally  joined our team in May of 2005.   She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She was gone for a bit to attend school and has returned beginning in August 2009.  She is certfied  in Pet First Aid.  She has rescued fox terrier mix named Penny.  Marie says, " I'm a huge dog person and I treat any dog that comes into All About Dogs as if it's my own." :-) 

Jason joined our team in May 2006.  He is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  He has 4 dogs:  Latte a chocolate Lab, Jack a Border Terrier, River a Boxer and Judd a Japanese Chin.  Jason says, "I have owned and lived with dogs my entire life. I love dogs and working with them.  I also love cycling, art and movies."

Danni joined our team in August of 2009.  She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a fun loving lab, and a golden retriever. Danni says, "I love dogs.  They are very special to me and I will take care of your pet with love and respect."

Pamela joined our team in November 2009.  Pamela is our Certified Canine Massage Practioner and our Reiki Master Practitioner.  She also works in the daycare and office. She received her Canine Massage certificate through Integrated Touch Therapy, Inc, Levels 1 and 2.   She is also certified in Pet First Aid.  She volunteers at both the Geauga Dog Warden and Rescue Village giving Reiki and Canine Massage to the dogs in need.  She has a 14 yr old rott/shepherd mix named Hendrix, a 2 yr old lab mix named Louie and 2 horses named Tee Jay and Calvin.  You can contact Pamela via her email Pam@allaboutdogsLLC.com or  by leaving her a message at 440-708-1364, if you would like to discuss the benefits of Canine Massage or Reiki.

Kylee joined our team in March 2010.  She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a Corgi mix named Bracket who has an unhealthy obsession with squeaky toys.  Kylee says, "I have been around dogs my whole life and I will always do my absolute best to make sure your pet has fun and stays safe while here."

Melissa joined our team in May 2010.  She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a 2 yr old AKC certified English Bulky Lab named Colt and a 10 yr old Husky/GSD mix named Cherokee.  Melissa says, "I love dogs, I have always had dogs of many different breeds while growing up.  My favorite breed so far is the Lab....they are a lot of work but worth it!"

Melany joined our team in July 2010.  She is a bather, daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a 6yr old Jack Russell Terrier named Boomer, a 4 yr old Jack Russell named Lou-Lou, a 2yr old Maltese-Chihauhau mix named Rudy and a 3 yr old Chinchilla named Chi-Chi.  Melany says, "I absolutely love animals of all kinds.  I have had approximately 20 different species as pets and I've been told that working with animals is my calling in life."

Jillian joined our team in July 2010.  She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a 12 yr old Golden Retriever named Zeus, a 12 yr old Golden Retriever named Marsha, an 8 yr old Lab mix named Scooby, a 10 yr old mix named Maddie, a 9 yr old Arabian horse named Chase and a 20 yr old Quarter Horse named Rascal.  Jillian says, "I love all kinds of dogs and animals.  I've grown up around dogs, horses and cats my whole life."

Lindsay joined our team in July 2010.  She is a bather, daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She has a 2yr old Bloodhound named Dixie who's always looking for a snack and a 1 yr old Black Lab named Gunner who loves tennis balls.  Lindsay says, "I am very outdoorsy.  I would rather spend my Saturday off fishing and swimming with my dogs than shopping at the mall."

Julie joined our team in July 2010.  She is a daycare assistant and kennel tech.  She is certified in Pet First Aid, CPR and BBP (Bloodborne Pathogens).  She has a 1 yr old English Bulldog named Daisy Mae, a 4 yr old Shih Tzu, a 5 yr old Pomeranian-Lahpso mix and a 5 yr old red ear slider turtle.  Julie says, "I treat all my animals as if they were my children.  I love animals."
